BOSS **** { Four stars } Dum hai Boss

The trailers were not impressive, I went to the movie with not much expectations but the movie started and i was engrossed in it till the end. It's a complete Akshay Kumar movie with good acting , stunts and action.

Not to forget typical Akshay Kumar comic punches. Ronit Roy has also impressed with his acting, which reminds me  of the  film Udaan.

Verdict : Hit

Phata Poster Nikla Hero ( *** Three stars ) Phata poster nikla Shahid

A comedy action movie . shahid's best work till yet. I wish there were more comic punches .

Ileana is looking gorgeous in songs. A good masala movie with some twists.

Grand Masti ( Rating *** Three stars )

What to write about this movie ? Watch it only with friends or alone. Some scenes are really funny and

you can't control laughing but at times it has been overdone. It should have been edited better .

Riddick { Rating *** Three stars }

A complete Vin Diesel show from beginning to just before end. A good movie but could have been better.

Shudh Desi Romance . Rating - ** ( Two Stars )

What looked like a promising movie with fresh star cast has turned out to be yet another repeat of popular

bollywood movies. First half is still better than second half . The actors have performed well but the direction & story is  big let down. Second part is very slow & boring . In the end everyone is confused , the actors , the director & the audience .

Verdict : Flop

SATYAGRAH......** Mind goes on a strike

As expected the real satyagraha was better than reel satyagraha.Prakash Jha failed to deliver on a subject 

which has lost some of its steam since it started.Except a few scenes by Amitabh Bachchan there is nothing 

to watch.It could have been made a better movie but not.The end is made in a hurry and I started  looking at the EXIT door before the ending . I came out first !

Verdict : Flop

Madras Cafe.........**** Indian cinema has matured

Full marks to John Abraham and director Shoojit Sircar for making this " different " movie.
The story is gripping and John really impressive.A must watch.


Verdict : Hit

All about Akshay's style and dialogues. First half is entertaining and you expect the movie to
be interesting but it disappoints after interval. The story is weak and so is the direction.

Verdict : Average

Chennai Express ======**** On track to 150 Crores

Rohit Shetty has done it again and probably his best work till yet.
Deepika and Shahrukh have impressed with their acting , specially Deepika.
A masala movie with good humour and emotions.

Verdict : Blockbuster !

Wolverine...............Holds you till end . ****

Credit to the director for making this movie interesting till the end.Hugh Jackman impresses with his acting.

Although not a new story but still a one time watch. 

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag ***** Superb !

Excellent movie ! Must watch !- Everything from Acting to direction , story to screenplay is done perfectly.
Farhan Akhtar and the Movie  will win many awards including National award.

Verdict : Super hit ( 100 crores + )

Only the beginning of the movie is good, after that its just a failed attempt to make a classic

love story. The pace is very slow and predictable.Ranveer's voice is really too low and he needs 

to work on it.Sonakshi has done justice to her role ,which after interval is really boring. After the end one wonders why did he come to watch this movie.

Verdict : Disaster

RAANJHANAA.....................watch it ***

Let me admit that I was not expecting Raanjhanaa to be such a nice and interesting movie.

The star cast which appeared to be the minus points, actually are the plus points .

 Dhanush , Sonam and other actors have done an excellent work. The story is fresh and different with the first half before interval better than the second half. 

Overall a good watch.
